Transport of 4 reactors from the work shop in Flechum (Germany)
to the site in Gdansk (Poland); heaviest piece weighed 233 tonnes,
with a length 67 metres, and a diameter 7 metres. The project was
carried out in several phases: 1. Road transport from workshop to
inland harbour in Meppen 2.Transhipment with cranes into inland
water vessels 3. Inland water transport to Eemshaven NL 4.
Transhipment onto sea-going barges Wagenborg 5. Sea transport with
Wagenborg barges and tugs 6. Roll off operation with SPMTs 7.
Transport to site under crane hook.
