Modules to Middelie
Transport of a gas-treatment installation, consisting of various
modules, from manufacturing yard in Oud Beijerland to NAM location
Middelie (Purmerend). Wagenborg Nedlift took care of loading with
hydraulic cranes, road transport to inland port Oud Beijerland,
water transport to Spijkerboor, unloading from barge, road
transport to site, and installation onto foundation. The A7
motorway had to be closed for a few hours for the transport to the
site, and a special road exit had to be constructed.
