Quality & Safety Policy Statement
In its policies, Wagenborg Nedlift B.V. strives towards
continuity and a healthy return. Quality, Environment, Safety and
Health (QESH) have a top priority during the implementation of our
business objectives.
Objectives
In our market segment of special, horizontal, and vertical
transport, assembly, and projects, we want to occupy a leading
position. That is why we strive towards:
- Providing high-quality
services;
- Taking all measures to ensure the safety of our own
employees and those of third parties and to prevent material and
non-material damage.
We also try to avoid environmentally harmful situations as much
as possible, to improve the environmental awareness of our
employees, and to pay sufficient attention to sustainability in our
investments. To this end we have formulated objectives and
procedures in respect of reducing, separating, and the disposal of
waste, storing environmentally harmful substances, and controlling
energy consumption.
Clients
Wagenborg Nedlift B.V. always strives to carry out its services
fully in line with the specifications agreed with our clients and
in line with their expectations. The importance of a good
relationship with our clients has a high priority; however, without
concessions to the health and safety of our employees or those of
third parties and without imposing a burden on the environment.
Employees
Employees are bound by the recorded procedures and work
instructions. They are informed of the risks of their activities to
their health, safety, and wellbeing and of the possible risks to
the environment. We expect all employees to play an active role in
the areas of safety, quality, and working conditions during their
work, but also to take a responsible attitude in respect of the
environment.
Suppliers and
Subcontractors
We select suppliers and subcontractors on their performance and
organisation. Efficiency, quality, safety, and environmental care
play a decisive role. Consequently we can be certain that our
suppliers and subcontractors can comply with the requirements of
Wagenborg Nedlift B.V.
QESH Assurance
System
The Board of Wagenborg Nedlift B.V. states that it will use and
where possible improve the QESH Assurance System that is formulated
in the manual in order to realise the above objective. The QESH
policy shall at least comply with Dutch legislation and
regulations, and shall constitute the company’s framework for
recording and assessing objectives and targets.
Finally, the policy is focused on preventing errors and removing
the causes of such errors. By learning from deviations and from the
response of our clients to our surveys, we are continuously
striving to optimise the quality of our services and of our QESH
Assurance System.
