WAGENBORG FOXDRILL goes Offshore

Since January 2000, Foxdrill has been part of the Royal Wagenborg Group. From 2002 the activities have been performed under the name Wagenborg Nedlift, the division which Foxdrill was part of.

The move between the two divisions has the following reasons:

-                     The commercial activities of both Wagenborg Offshore and Wagenborg Foxdrill take place in the Oil- and Gas Industry, often with the same customers. The industry is going east, more and more. Especially in this area Wagenborg Offshore has built an extensive reputation and organization in the offshore industry. The other way around, Wagenborg Offshore will use the worldwide experience and expertise Foxdrill has built in the Oil- and Gas Industry. By sharing these competences we see opportunities to serve our clients and prospective customers even better. 

-                      Internally tasks will be integrated to make the best use of our mutual experience and expertise. This will result in even more efficient operations.

-                      Foxdrill has been an established name for over more than 40 years in the oil- and gas industry. By operating under the new name Wagenborg Offshore we will use the stable name of Wagenborg in combination with the strong reputation of Foxdrill. We believe that we are able to perform our services at the same high standards and even improve them.

Meanwhile we have started preparations to move to a still to be build office in Oldenzaal, which hopefully will be taken into possession around August 2005.
