Wagenborg Foxdrill is an experienced professional service provider within the oil and gas industry. One of our core activities is rig moving - the assembly, disassembly and transport of drilling rigs, both onshore and offshore. Our own transport and hoisting equipment always complies with the highest standards and can be deployed flexibly anywhere in Europe. Additionally Wagenborg Foxdrill is IRATA member, the worldwide organisation for utilizing industrial rope access techniques.

We have built up a long-term and excellent relationship with most of our clients.

For the offshore industry we assemble new drilling rigs - Derrick packages. These drilling rigs are assembled in sections onshore and once they arrive at their final destination by ship or platform, they are installed as a whole on the ship or the platform. That is how Wagenborg Foxdrill erected the largest drilling rigs in the world.

Wagenborg Foxdrill has modern hydraulic pile-driving equipment to drive steel pipes and foundations into the ground; the steel pipes are used as the conductor for the well to drill. Conductor driving is carried out worldwide by Wagenborg Foxdrill both onshore and offshore.

Another activity of Wagenborg Foxdrill is Derrick modification & inspection, the modification or inspection of drilling rigs. The bolt quality, the status of the welds or the risk of dropping objects can be inspected and modifications can be made if necessary. In some cases alternative rigging systems are used.

In order to obtain access to places that are difficult to reach, Wagenborg Foxdrill uses Rope Access methods. The earlier mentioned IRATA membership, means that all tasks are performed in accordance with strict standards. This safeguards safety, efficiency and quality before, during and after the job.
