WCM’s objective is to serve and provide accurate and timely home allotments and information to crew, allottees, ánd principals. We see our principals as strategic partners in business; therefore we are geared towards continuously improving our systems and business processes, to be able to provide them with value-added analyses and information.
In close coordination with the crewing managers, a professional team of accountants is dedicated to address our clients’ requirements. Among other services, the team regularly monitors and analyzes monthly transactions and accounts attributed to each principal, providing our clients timely and accurate statements of account. Other services include crew cost budgeting and analyses, feasibility studies and / or special research projects as may be required by principals to further explore sensitivities and business opportunities.
In addition the Accounting department is responsible for processing crew payroll, remittances, and preparation, and filing of statutory reports and claims.
