Last month Royal Wagenborg acquired m.v. Leuvediep as the second out of seven vessels. Renamed ‘Leuveborg’ this vessel was given a a paint job, providing her with the Wagenborg colours at the dry dock location of shipyard Royal Niestern Sander. The m.v. Leuvediep is expected to leave Delfzijl soon.

Equipped with ice class 1A and three box-shaped holds of 17.5 m, 25.9 m and 25.2 m, m.v. Leuveborg is suitable for worldwide trade carrying various cargos such as forest products and (break-)bulk making m.v. Leuveborg a perfect fit in Wagenborg’s existing fleet of ice-strengthened multipurpose dry cargo vessels.
