Recently Royal Wagenborg acquired the m.v. Loodiep and the m.v. Lingediep as the last two vessels out of seven vessels. Earlier the “Zijlborg”, “Zaanborg”, “Ziltborg”, “Leuveborg” and “Loenerborg” were already added to the Wagenborg fleet.

Renamed “Looborg” and “Lenneborg” these vessels are currently undergoing a paint job, providing them with the Wagenborg colours at shipyard Royal Niestern Sander. Equipped with ice class 1A and three box-shaped holds of 17.5 m, 25.9 m and 25.2 m, both vessels are suitable for worldwide trade carrying various cargos such as forest products and (break-)bulk making the m.v. Looborg and the m.v. Lenneborg a perfect fit in Wagenborg’s existing fleet of ice-strengthened multipurpose dry cargo vessels.
