On October 28th, 2015 Wagenborg lifted four themed train wagons to their final position: the savannah of the Wildlands Adventure Zoo in Emmen (the Netherlands).

Wagenborg deployed her 700 tons mobile crane, equipped with luffing jib, to lift and install the train wagons (after lifting the train wagons across a 6 meter high wall of sand). These wagons will be part of the special visitors route through the savannah.

It’s all about the connection between visitor and animals, nature and culture in the new Experience Park. A place where visitors can feel nature, with a focus on fun and wonder. During its construction , Wagenborg performed all transport and lifting activities.
