Wagenborg Towage contributes to offshore wind farm Kaskasi

Eemshaven serves as a base for the construction of the Kaskasi wind farm that is being built above Helgoland. The wind turbine components for this park are manufactured in Aalborg, Denmark. Each pontoon sails several times from Aalborg to Eemshaven to deliver the wind turbine components for the wind farm. Once in Eemshaven, Wagenborg supplies tugs that assist with the entry, turning, shifting and departure of the pontoon and during ballasting.
