Bothniaborg deviated to Antwerp for a full cargo of northbound ROROs

The RORO carrier Bothniaborg recently loaded a full cargo of ROROs in the port of Antwerp destined for Cuxhaven under agency of Wagenborg.

With this voyage, MV Bothniaborg deviated from her normal liner route between the ports of Haraholmen (Piteå), Bremen, Sheerness, Terneuzen, Cuxhaven and Södertälje.

Based upon a southbound long-term charter, Wagenborg Shipping Sweden AB operates two Ro-Ro carriers for the transport of goods, on three different decks for unrestricted trades. The RORO liner service enables northbound shipments of many types of goods, such as forest products and project cargo on three different decks for unrestricted trades. Solidly constructed to ice-class 1A, these vessels are fully designed for operations in the Gulf of Bothnia, Baltic Sea and the North Sea.  Equipped with hybrid scrubbers the vessels offer an environmentally friendly alternative for modern transports.
