The shipping industry is traditionally a man's world. However, we plan to increase female participation by recruiting females via normal attrition. For relevant vacancies, we target to recruit the best person for the job with, all things equal, a preference for female candidates. Also, the company takes diversification into account in the composition of its selection commissions as a diversified selection commission stimulates a diversified outcome of the selection.

  • We strive to to 30% of female managers by the end of 2027.

  • The aim for the Board of Management is for at least one member to be female by the end of 2027.
