By means of an employee satisfaction survey we contiuously identify areas to improve employee satisfaction and make Wagenborg even more attractive to current and future colleagues. The survey defines an ‘Employee Net Promotor Score’ (eNPS), which is an expression of how likely it is that our colleagues recommend Royal Wagenborg as an employer. We are pleased to see that an overall score of 31. This score is also substantially higher than the eNPS benchmark of 12.
