The MV Adriaticborg loads yachts in Port Everglades at the US East Coast for the US West Coast. With a total available deck space of 1.890 m2, these A-class vessels are perfectly suitable to carry deck cargo.
On the Wagenborg RORO liner service, Wagenborg Shipping has been able to secure a cargo of wind turbine components between the ports of Terneuzen to Sundsvall.
After a tender procedure, shipyard Royal Niestern Sander, Wagenborg Offshore and a joint-venture between Mercury Sakhalin and Pola have signed an agreement for the construction of the world’s first shallow draft ice-breaking walk to work vessel. After delivery in December 2021, Mercury Sakhalin will operate this vessel on the East Coast of Sakhalin for the oil and gas industry.
Recently, about 1.750 tons of wheat was discharged from the MV Douwent at the Wagenborg Bulk Terminal for Royal Koopmans under agency of Wagenborg. The cargo will be stored temporarily at the Bulk Terminal and be transshipped to the city of Leeuwarden into inland vessels in a couple of months.
Since many years Wagenborg operates a roro liner service with weekly calls from Sheerness and Terneuzen to Södertälje. As of June 2020, Wagenborg will add a second sailing per week, which enables more trailer- and container based goods to be delivered to the greater Stockholm area.
At the Royal Niestern Sander shipyard, Wagenborg has installed the bridge deck section of Easymax 2 at the quay side. Yard number 851 for Royal Wagenborg and affiliated partners is the second vessel of the type Easymax.
Recently, the MV Adrienne arrived in the port of Delfzijl under agency of Wagenborg to load salt for Wilmington. Upon arrival, the bulk carrier received port assistance of two 60 tBP Wagenborg tugs to safely berth at the quay side.
